It meets it meets the most stringent industry standards: Federal 5015 regulations for electronic records management; HIPAA for health and services privacy and security; Sarbanes-Oxley for record retention and scheduling.

LockBox often plays a valuable part in the scanning solutions we design for out clients. Global Archives can seamlessly link existing software applications that are already familiar to employees or customers to digital records securely housed in LockBox. More often than not, users of the system experience LockBox as nothing more than a new feature to their existing software. Clients using LockBox report its simplicity to be its greatest feature with end users needing little or no training to take advantage of its capabilities. Even the most technically challenged can relate to the nested folder structure of files combined with powerful search features. In use by DoD contractors, LockBox has met the most stringent of security standards with all data stored in a SAS 70, Type II Data Center which also houses the data of leading financial institutions.
