LockBox is an entire suite of solutions; a group of web-based software applications that function together to archive documents in a private, secure, offsite, online library vault. With minimal training, authorized users can quickly locate, view and share individual documents within the library. A designated administrator oversees all user operations to maintain an added level of control and security. 

LockBox functions as a stand-alone solution for companies. It also functions in conjunction with Global Archives’ Satellite Scanning Station (SSS) and Remote Backup, as well as other GA Software. The SSS is an integrated hardware and software system that enables the company to provide scan-on-demand and day-forwarding imaging services to clients, with instantaneous uploads to the LockBox archiving repository. Remote Backup is an automatic, self- updating online backup service that sends a company’s current files to its LockBox archiving repository, nightly and/or as required.
