After collecting your records and historical documents, we index containers and securely store and protect everything in an environmentally controlled environment. Need a file now? We provide Scan-on-Demand (SOD) services to eliminate record transportation. Consult the provided inventory list and call for our staff to scan and securely send the document you require. Let us manage your certified document destruction as required.

With state-of-the-art scanners, including industrial-sized equipment for scanning historical ledgers and blueprints, Global Archives can make your documents permanently accessible from anywhere.
Our staff provides document preparation, scanning, quality assurance and indexing. Standard and engineering size documents, photos, B&W, Grayscale, or color are available with a wide range of image formats including TIFF, PDF image, PDF with hidden text, and others.
Electronic Storage
LockBox is an entire suite of solutions; a group of cloud-based software applications that function together to archive documents in a private, secure, offsite, online library vault. With minimal training, authorized users can quickly locate, view, and share individual documents within the library. A designated administrator oversees all user operations to maintain an added level of control and security.
